Jo Dowker

Jo Dowker is a Foundation Governor and member of St. Thomas’s Church.  She is a class teacher at a primary school PRU in Lancashire and holds the NASENCO qualification.  She is currently the Governor for SEND. Jo is the chair of governors and chair of the FPS committee.
