Nursery
Welcome to Nursery (Ages 2–4)
We are delighted to welcome children aged 2, 3 and 4 years to our Nursery. We provide a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where every child is supported to grow in confidence, independence and curiosity.
Our Nursery offers a gentle and positive start to school life, helping children develop socially, emotionally and academically through meaningful play and exploration.
We offer:
-
Morning and afternoon sessions
-
Places for children aged 2, 3 and 4
-
15 and 30 hours funded places (where eligible)
For information about availability, funding eligibility or to arrange a visit, please contact the school office.
Our Approach to Learning
In Nursery, we follow the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum. Learning is carefully planned around children’s interests and developmental stages.
We support the seven areas of learning:
-
Communication and Language
-
Physical Development
-
Personal, Social and Emotional Development
-
Literacy
-
Mathematics
-
Understanding the World
-
Expressive Arts and Design
Our youngest children learn through exploration, play, conversation and hands-on experiences. We balance adult-led activities with child-initiated learning so that children develop independence and confidence at their own pace.
